XGF 16-12-6 Automatic 3 in 1 Bottle Washig Filling Capping Machine

XGF16-12-6 PET bottle Washing / filling / capping machine is a three-in-one combination of our advanced technology of atmospheric pressure filling technique, and it is the application of independent research and development, it will be the same with pure water and mineral water advanced bottling models. This machine adopts conveying way for clip bottles’ lips, only need to replace very few parts, it can be applied to a variety of bottle type, smooth delivery. Filling method is Atmospheric pressure filling.

Features

* The main frame adopts structural steel, 304 stainless steel exterior layer, 304 stainless steel frame, round steel adjustable feet.

* Conveying system adopts star wheel, smooth transmission, stainless steel chain, it will be a smaller deformation.

* Number of washing clips is 16, 304 stainless steel chassis wash pipes are heat-resistant.

* Number of filling valve is 12, and parts contacted with product are 304L stainless steel. Inner surface is dealt with polishing. There is stainless steel returning tube, no dead space.  

* Number of capping head is 6, screw head using magnetic torque device to facilitate torque adjustment, it can be set the size of the first torque of capping in accordance with the actual production needs.

2) The three functions of bottle washing, filling and capping are combined into one machine.

3) The whole process is automatic. The machine is used in filling bottles made of polyester and plastics for mineral water and purified water.

4)The handle of the machine can be freely and conveniently turned to adjust the machine to fill various types of bottles(300ml - 2000ml).

5)The filling operation is faster and more stable because the new type micro pressure filling system is adopted.

6)The advanced OMRON programmed controller (PLC)(or LG,etc.) is adopted to control the machine to run automatically and a transducer is used in the bottle-entering chains to adjust speeds and make the bottles move steadily..

7) The machine is an ideal equipment for bottled water plant.
